Final changes

these final changes were made:
clan tag colors are all the same; all tag colors are now white and blue or pink and blue.
clan tag format has changed back to .DOH#Name.
we don't need special colors to identify our ranks and we don't need long tag formats which cut out our names. so the tag format is now shorter so we can fit the full names in.
all members must have their tags like this: .DOH#Name.
however there is a color difference with girls as for their tags should be like this: .DOH#Name.
though they can chose not to use pink tags and use blue instead.
this is the final change and there will never be a change to the tags again (this comes because i'm getting the server soon).

i updated the forum a bit, updated the clan logo and updated the forum buttons
